RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Here at Sustain, we unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction with every item in our stores and on our web site. If you should need to return any item, just ship it right back to us via insured mail or UPS and we’ll be happy to refund you for your item. Return the item in new condition within 90 days of the shipment date, and please include either the original receipt or a gift receipt to ensure a full refund. Make sure to fill out the return info on your packing slip and put it in your package as well. If you need an item in a different size or color, or a new item altogether, we can exchange for you! Just send the old item back to us as described above and we’ll pay to have the exchange send back to you. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If you would like an exchange or return on an item purchased from one of our retail locations, simply take it back to the store where you originally made your purchase. The address above is only for returns and exchanges from web purchases.

Receipt Required for All Returns
You must include either the original receipt or a gift receipt to successfully return and itme. If you do not have the original receipt, contact our customer service department and one of our team members may be able to pull up your original information if you made your purchase with a credit or debit card and you can present the same card at the time of return.

If you are giving an item as a gift, we strongly encourage you to include a gift receipt with the product as gift receipts do not display any price information and make it easy for gift recipients to return the item if needed.
